I have been following your business socials for a few years now and have been in awe of the stunning pieces you create. Talent and an exceptional eye for western styling. I have just finished reupholstering my second chair, something I would never, ever been brave enough to do before taking classes with Sierra from The Rusted Roan. I would just look at these amazing pieces that Sierra had created and was simply in love, wishing I could do that. When Sierra announced, she was considering starting online classes and doing workshops all I could think of was sign me up, I am doing this! If you want it bad enough, you will figure out a way. I am so pleased with the instruction we have been receiving and look forward every week to the online classes as you will always learn something, even if it does not currently apply to the chair you are working on. I have followed The Rusted Roan for quite a while. Sierra’s work and ability to pair fabrics and colors is inspiring. I have also taken quite a few “in person” upholstery classes in my area; I am a hobby upholsterer. Sierra is a top notch instructor. I am a hands on, in person type of learner, however Sierra does a really great job teaching virtually. Her videos are clear and easy to understand, and the visuals are well done. She covers the how’s and the why’s. Her teaching videos show, in detail, the steps needed to complete the process of putting a piece together. She is also very responsive to questions.
