Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens. Because workshop seats are limited and preparation begins well in advance, the following policies help ensure fairness for all participants while protecting the small-group experience.
Refund Policy
All workshop registrations are non-refundable.
Your registration reserves a limited seat in a small-group, in-person workshop. Once a seat is booked, it is no longer available to other students.
One Day Bench Rescheduling
One-time rescheduling is permitted with at least 14 days’ notice.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your workshop and have not arranged a reschedule or transfer, your registration will be forfeited.
All Other Workshops
If you or your group are unable to attend 21 days notice must be provided and you may be able to transfer your date - pending availability.
No refunds will be issued.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are scheduled separately and follow their own booking terms.
No cancellation or transfers with less than 14 days notice.
Cancellations will incur a 15% administration fee.
